Chief Officer with a Chief Officer Unlimited License, 3000 GT & more, and 12 months experience in rank. Practical experience in working on oil/chemical tankers with FRAMO cargo system. Tanks cleaning operations experience. Sufficient experience in working in a multinational crew (Russian, Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Indians, Filipinos), Ship-to-Ship operations and Sailing in Ice (The Gulf of Finland, The Gulf of Saint Lawrence). Experience in passing Dry Dock (Singapore, ST Marine Ship Yard, April-May 2016). Sufficient experience with PSC and FSC inspections, ISM and ISPS audits, and various Vettings (BP, Total, Shell, Repsol, Statoil, Neste, Lukoil, Gasprom, Vitol, etc.). Experience in passing USCG (Last time: July 2016, Guam). Sufficient practice with the following cargo types: Fuel Oil, Gasoil/Diesel Oil, Green Diesel, Gasoline, ULSD, Jet A-1, Naphtha, Vacum Gasoil, Crude Palm Oil. Area of work: Word Wide. Very good knowledge of implementation and improvement of Safety Management System onboard.
